The host, Valerie, was very accommodating as we arrived before check-in time in London from the US and she arranged for us to leave our bags while the house was being cleaned. The accommodations were comfortable for our party of 8 and close to shopping and bus/underground.

The inside was very clean! The beds were set up with a towel packed with a dental kit, very cute! Location was just a 30min bus ride to and from LHR airport so made it very easy and convient for us. We ate at the stop and go indian place down the street, just a 10min walk, some of the best indian food I've tried. I recommend the samosas. It was a lovely stay.

House was adequate for six adults. Queen bed in front room was terrible - sagged in the middle and horrid bedding. White cotton sheets & duvet preferred. Kitchen utensils were child sized and too few for capacity of house. Floor around oven was filthy with spilt food from previous tenants towels provided were good but no hand towels or decent bathmats. House smelt musky so could do with good siring out. While some nice touches provided (eg toothbrishes), these were not of any use as we have our own. Would be better to provide essential items listed above and give the house a good clean.
