We warmly welcome your pets for a fee of $75 for first, $50 for second- with a maximum of 2 pets (subject to approval), and there's even a fenced-in dog run on the property to keep them safe.

A custom dining table near the kitchen encourages sociable cooking, and the living room with a 55" TV and soundbar ensures everyone can join in the conversations. A deck with a table and chairs for 6 is also available if you prefer outdoor dining with the Weber BBQ.

The house is perfect! You can either drive or walk to AMPM beach. We had a beautiful weekend and the deer sightings were a bonus

Overall everything was exactly as described and priced perfectly for what was provided. One odd quirk that’s not big enough to reduce the 5 star rating- if you are 5’10 or taller- the shower head in the primary bathroom is too low and you need to duck to shower. Otherwise, nice neighborhood and lake views, access to community trails and a small beach, and a comfy home.
