Enjoy total quietness in this 3 bedroom ranch in South Yuba City. Large backyard-the Airbnb sits on almost 1/2 acre. There is plenty of room to share.

Everything within 5mins drive: Plumas district, restaurants or shopping
Guest access
You will have the entire main house to yourself. There is a separate self contained listing of the house extension with a separate entrance-You only share the driveway!!
Other things to note
This Airbnb is just outside city limits. It is on well water-we recommend that you use the water dispenser provided by your host in the kitchen for drinking if you are sensitive to well water.
