Ten Mile Island is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo just off Main Street in Frisco. It is a great value for those who want to do some skiing or boarding inexpensively. The building is older but has a great location - all of Main Street's shops and restaurants are an easy walk away. Ten Mile Island also has a clubhouse, complete with pool, hot tub and wireless internet access. Unit 119C is ground floor and a one level floor plan so there are absolutely no stairs to deal with. It features a fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill on the deck and woodburning fireplace. Common area laundry facilities are close by. Bedding in the unit goes Queen in the master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom and 2 Twin sized Aerobed air mattresses.

Very nice to stay if you don’t need new a unit , has almost everything. It is a small space but close to town. Old school pool and hot tub both inside. Unit can sleep 4 adults

We were very happy overall with this rental. Although it is "dated" and could use some repairs like the very drafty sliding glass door, it was comfortable. It is by no means fancy but it's proximity to the shuttle bus (literally 5' walk) and the overall value makes up for a lot. The only "complaint"...no sponge to clean up the kitchen so we improvised!
