Amongst nature on the 8th hole the house or "Treehouse" as we reference is tucked away in the Great Smoky Mountains on the largest private lake in North Carolina. Perfect vacation spot for hikers, golfers, bikers and those seeking a place of adventure for all ages. One mile from property you have access to amazing waterfalls, you can rent a speed boat, pontoon boat or paddle boards from Lake Toxaway Marina. The "Treehouse" provides guests optional access to Lake Toxaway Country Club and Golf Course privilege upon application and $150 fee (available April-November). Dogs allowed on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Two night minimum off season, five night minimum in season (June through August). The "Treehouse" comes fully equipped with outdoor BBQ/Grill, cozy up by the fireplace in living room or enjoy backyard fire pit. Large outdoor deck surrounded by trees, golf course view and rhododendrons is perfect for dining. The home offers a laptop friendly workspace, strong Wi-Fi and two parking spaces. For your enjoyment we provide family games such as Monopoly, Darts, Puzzles, Cribbage, Chess, Poker Set and more. The house was very clean and had everything you might need. Views of the golf course. Very relaxing setting and super close to clubhouse. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights while in town for a wedding at the Greystone inn. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The description and pictures of the property were accurate. The location was great. I would love to possibly see a king size bed in

Our only regret was that we didn't invite more friends and family to join! We rented the property for Thanksgiving week, bringing our <2 yo daughter, 78 yo mother, and her 80+ yo husband. All were happy and very comfortable. It's a very peaceful community with great hikes within 15 minutes drive. While we didn't use all the space, it could have easily fit another family. The house is well stocked, has a beautiful view and is a wonderful place to disconnect.

We came for a wedding being held at the Inn and loved staying in the house with a group of old friends. House was spotless and well stocked with things like trash bags, etc. Only suggestion would be lights around fire pit area.
