Beautiful 4 bed, 2 bath home that easily sleeps 8 located in downtown Bentonville. House is .25 miles from Coler Mountain Trailhead, 2.4 miles to Walmart HQ or historic Bentonville Square and 3.9 miles to Crystal Bridges Museum. House was completely updated/remodeled in 2023. Updates include beds/mattresses, televisions, kitchen equipment and bathrooms.

The owner, Scott, answered all of our questions right away.
The home was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and if you're a mountain biker it's only a few minutes bike ride to Coler Bike Park. We hope to stay here again!

From the huge tub in the master, to the beautiful tile work, to the perfectly stocked kitchen, to the great back yard complete with tv, quiet neighborhood, electric charger for our car, lots of room for plenty of ppl, and our dogs were able to go in and out because of the magnetic screen...I can't say enough. Close to biking trails, restaurants, parks shopping etc. Scott is terrific!!!!

The location was pretty good. Close to Coler bike trails, but we had kids so we couldn't ride our bikes anywhere from the house, because there is a huge hill to get back and there is no sidewalks to ride safely there. We had to pack up the car and go to the bike trails. The backyard was great. Had lots of places to hang out and lounge around. The owner was great at communication and answering any questions we had. He was very accommodating. The master bed was super comfy. The only thing we really didn't like about the place was how dirty it was. It looked liked no one had cleaned it in weeks or months, Tons of dust and dirt on the floors. Dusty furniture and mirrors. A few dead bugs and the master bathroom / toilet area was really disgusting. Trash under 2 of the beds. A lot of the doors, door ways, and cabinets had stains and junk on them. The kitchen looked like someone had spilled a brown liquid all over the cabinets and they have never been cleaned. The beds were clean though. We had a problem with the master shower not draining. The owner said he would send someone out to look at it, but we asked if he could do it after we left the next day. Also, the washing machine gave us an error code while we were there, but we just ran the load again and it worked. If the house had a deep clean the house would be so much nicer to stay in.
