About this villa rental
Imposing and elegant country villa situated a short distance away from the beautiful town of Gubbio, in Umbria. This splendid historical villa offers beautiful frescoed rooms as well as a large, well-groomed garden with private swimming-pool.
The villa is on 2 floors also connected via a lift: on the ground floor there are beautiful halls and living areas while on the first level there are 10 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
This refined and well-kept property is also ideal for the organization of special events and weddings (there are beautiful rooms which can be rented extra together with the villa for special events).
The villa’s location is convenient for visiting Tuscany and Umbria.
Distances: Mocaiana with groceries 1 km away, Gubbio with shops of all kinds 7 km away, Assisi 50 km, Cortona 62 km, Urbino 70 km away, Perugia 40 km, Arezzo 82 km away, Orvieto 120 km, Florence 160 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large, well-groomed entirely fenced-in garden with private swimming-pool with hydro massage area (17 x 4,5 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/06 through 30/09), furnished outdoor area ideal for al-fresco dining, barbecue.
The villa has a lift connecting the ground and the first level and all of the bedrooms provide satellite TV, safe, mini bar, air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra service included in the rental price: Baby bed. Maid service (2 hours a day) and linen change (twice a week).
IMPORTANT Villa Gubbio can be rented in two configurations: for 14 guests (7 bedrooms) or 20 guests (10 bedrooms). Rental prices vary based on the number of guests and bedrooms required. For bookings with reduced capacity some bedrooms will remain closed.

1st floor (also accessible via a lift): suite with living-room and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub / shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub / shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub / shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, kitchen corner with 2 electric hot plates, fridge and freezer, access on to a terrace, bedroom with French bed (also suitable for 2 adults) with ensuite bathroom with bathtub / shower (this room can be connected to the nearby double bedroom).

We shared this villa with 4 families and could not find a better place to stay! The kids enjoyed themselves in the classy ambiance and we adults enjoyed everything very much because it was all very easy to handle. Thank you very much for the wonderful welcome and the very good recommendations.

We organize a study trip to Umbria with a large group and chose Villa Gubbio as a location. We could not have done better! Everything was stunningly beautiful and very special; not just the villa, but the whole of Umbria as a region. We recommend touring this area.
