* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
* Firewood is not provided, but can be purchased at most local shops.

Stayed 2 nights in January. Very clean. Dated furniture, appliances but everything worked. Very close to Palisades. 3 nice-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and laundry. Quiet and convenient for skiing!

Kitchen was fully equipped but overall place was outdated and old. Maintenance and a good cleaning is definitely required.
