The bedrooms are a haven of tranquility, each uniquely named and decorated with coastal charm. Highlights include the "Seacoast" and "Seaside" rooms, both featuring king-sized beds, and the "Breakwater" and "Boardwalk" rooms with queen beds. Nine full bathrooms provide convenience and comfort throughout the home.
Outdoor amenities include a private deck with a BBQ grill, perfect for al fresco dining, and a private spa for ultimate relaxation. The rooftop deck offers panoramic ocean views, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The home is stocked with everything you'll need at your fingertips - beach towels, linens - even spices and cooking gadgets. We want you to have everything you need to cook as much as you'd like during your stay!
All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

The minute you enter the property, the first thing you hear is the roaring lapping of ocean waves and then you see those waves as if you’re right on top of them! It was such a unique and comfortable experience for our party of 21 total guests to celebrate a milestone anniversary. We stayed in the house the entire weekend purely because it was so relaxing and comfortable.

When we arrived we had all kinds of plans to see the beaches and attractions of Oceanside and San Diego. That all changed when we opened the wall to the most spectacular, breathtaking view of the beach. We were so taken by the views and sounds of the beach we completely forgot about all the plans we made. We had the most amazing time staying local and just enjoying the beach. The host was great to work with and communication was easy.

So this place is 5 stories- kinda hard to tell from pics but there is 2 kicker floors, 4 floors with sleeping areas, and a ton of bathrooms!We enjoyed the outdoor area, spa and of course the steps down to the beach!

The spaces were wonderful - great views and enough flexibility to house our large family and make everyone happy. Fun to gather on common spaces, and enough room to get some alone time as needed. There is great need for repair and replacement. Stained carpets in some locations, some mechanicals and security elements were not working or not present as represented in promotional material. Any small additions requested were quoted at very high prices (2 hour early check in at close to $500, so we felt like cash cows to the agency at times. Quick responses to calls/texts regarding maintenance issues and the maintenance folks were great and helpful. Being owners of second homes we understand wear and tear in rentals, but this property went way beyond that in needs for remodeling of some key spaces. Loved the sound of the ocean right outside our bedroom windows!
