With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for up to 7 guests, this cozy and welcoming cabin is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy the beauty of nature without sacrificing modern comfort.
Whether you're hiking in summer, skiing in winter, or simply relaxing on the patio with a cup of coffee, this home provides the perfect base for all your Tahoe adventures.

•Maximum 2 pets allowed; $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;
•Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change; children under the age of 3 are free; see the Tahoe Donner Association Amenities website for details;
•Each eligible property includes 6 Tahoe Donner guest cards for amenity access; a $100 fee applies for each card not returned after checkout;
•Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation;
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location to ski resorts and grocery stores. Checking in was easy, communication was great, we found everything we needed to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! I would definitely book again. :)

It’s a perfect little house for a family and a dog!

The home was a good size for two small families, we appreciated that we could bring our dog. It was generally clean. But it was obvious that the property had not been used by the owners or looked after well. There were several light bulbs out, the stove fan didn't work - and the hot tub, which was included on the listing - was completely inaccessible and, according to the repair person 'hadn't worked in a long time'. Also, the beds in the larger bedrooms are double sized, especially the primary room could easily fit a king, if not a queen. Had we known the beds were so small and the hot tub was non-existant we likely would not have booked. This is our third time booking with Tahoe Signature Properties. We are very happy with the responsiveness and follow through on fixing the lights/appliances with TSP. Normally we've been delighted with the properties. But this one is not representing your inventory well, it needs some attention or at least an adjustment of how it is listed (ie hot tub, small beds etc).
