Here's a great home for your family getaway on Chautauqua Lake! Close to the area's top travel destinations, this 2-bedroom, 2 bath home in Cheney Point in Ashville is a great spot to either explore the area or just lounge in your own cozy space by the water with a private dock.
Situated near the end of the street, you'll enjoy peaceful relaxation from the spacious back deck or the well-kept screened in porch. The fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room area provide plenty of space for lounging or entertaining. After a day on the water, hang out around the fire pit and cook on the grill. Plenty of room to gather inside with conveniences like washer and dryer, central air, cable and WiFi. The two bedrooms are set up with a Queen bed in one room and two twins in the other with additional sleeping accommodations available with a roll-away and a sleeper sofa (so bring extra family or friends!).

Perfect cabin for our family’s Chautauqua getaway! Had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean! Very comfortable. Quiet street. The dock was perfect for our boat. The location is ideal for easy boating to the Harbor Hotel or Bemus. We loved our stay!
