Summary:
Live like a local! Our apartment is located on the corner between the Claddagh Harbour and the City Centre docklands. Seconds away from the most photographed street in Galway City where you will find the Galway street’s come alive with buskers, restaurants and some fantastic nightlife venues.
This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is tastefully decorated with a combination of urban chic and modern comforts.
Free & secure parking is available for 1 vehicle in a gated parking complex.
The Space:
With water views of the Claddagh harbour you will enjoy a relaxing and quiet stay whilst also being a 3 minute walk to the famous Latin Quarter and Shop Street. Ideally Guests should be over the age of 25 years of age unless travelling with family. Under 25s may make an inquiry with us to discuss if this property is suitable for their stay.
The Space:
Ideal for families, couples, and friends groups. There is a secure car park nearby and one car space is provided for your stay. If additional parking is needed we can provide information on additional parking complexes within the area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite equipped with an electric shower.
The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds. There is s hared bathroom is located on the hallway with spacious rainfall shower . There is a washer/dryer combo within the apartment so you can comfortably look after your laundry during your stay.
For stays over 7 days we provide a mid stay clean with linen change and cleaning service, which is charged in addition to the accommodation costs.

This property uses the Apex Accommodation Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization.
All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touchpoints like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.
**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 11pm And 8am**
This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation - tv - music during 11pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this may result in early termination of your rental agreement.

Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.

There is a €200 Security Deposit required for this property. This deposit will be charged to your account 1 day in advance of your arrival and returned once departed.

I’m not sure what I loved more, starting each day with the view of the bay and sea air, or the very short walk to breakfast in the Latin quarter each morning

Four people, three nights. Before leaving the US I requested checkin information because I anticipated communication problems given cell phone differences. Two attempts and all I was told was we would receive that info on the day of our arrival. Cell phone with new SIM wouldn't work on the day of arrival after traveling all night. Frustrating. Finally begged a laptop from a local pub and got our checkin info...very late.
Apartment was clean. Parking is a l o n g way from the apartment. After being up and traveling for over 30 hours a shower was in order. The main bath shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom. Called host, "Jown" who said she would call after hours plumber and replace the soaked towels. Next day another flood so called host again. Also, a roiving band of noisy, drunken teenagers hanging around the apartment. One threw a vodka bottle against the front door. I cleaned up the broken glass. Reported same to Jown who, wanting to accommodate us, said she would process a refund for our stay. That was a month ago, no refund, and repeated emails with Vrbo only advise they are working on "rectifying the situation." This means what?
Thus, I do not recommend this property or VRBO.
