About this apartment rental

In a free-standing building complex on the edge of the city center, which was completed in 2017, this comfortable holiday apartment with underground parking space and extensive views from the balcony presents itself to you. The city center with numerous amenities is within walking distance of the apartment. Thanks to full equipment, a minimum rental period of two nights, daily arrival and departure and the central location to the historic town center, this apartment is ideal for business travelers, couples or families with children.

Let yourself be transported comfortably by elevator from the underground garage to the level of your holiday apartment on the first floor. The apartment convinces with its high quality building materials, the very comfortable equipment and the modern design in black & white style. Opened in May 2017, the apartment extends over a living space of 95 m², which is divided into two double rooms, two bathrooms and a cozy living area with dining area and integrated kitchen. The first bedroom is designed as a suite with an adjacent, privately accessible full bath. Here you sleep in a comfortable 180 cm x 200 cm box spring bed. The four-door wardrobe offers enough storage space for your travel wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom is designed with a recessed walk-in shower cubicle, a bathtub, a vanity unit underneath, a toilet and a bathroom window. The underfloor heating in all rooms counteracts cold feet. From this bedroom you enter the hallway with cloakroom, pass a storage room and the second bathroom on the left and find the second bedroom in front of the living area. This includes a box spring bed of the same dimensions and a three-door wardrobe. In both bedrooms you can comfortably lie in bed and watch TV on the wall-mounted flat-screen TVs before going to sleep. Electric roller blinds on all windows darken the bedrooms as desired. The second bathroom is accessible to all guests via the hallway. It is set up as a daylight shower room with a barrier-free shower and toilet and also with a washing machine and dryer. The heart of the apartment is the inviting living room with a spacious corner couch that invites up to four people to relax after a day trip. A large flat-screen TV with DVD player and home theater music system provides entertainment in the evening. Pass the dining table with six rocking chairs and enter the open kitchen with island. This allows you extensive self-sufficiency incl. Induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination, microwave and all common small electrical appliances. The Internet connection via WLAN rounds off the comfortable equipment. Either the 80 cm wide x 282 or 236 long couch, or two 90 cm x 200 cm large extra beds (can be set up in bedroom 1 or in the living area) acts as a sleeping facility for a fifth and sixth guest. The landlords are very interested in your comfortable sleep, which is why additional comfortable mattress toppers have been purchased. A free travel cot for babies and toddlers can be provided on request.

On the approx. 5 m² balcony, which is directly next to the dining table in the living area, a seating group invites up to six people to a meal outdoors. You can enjoy the expansive view over the village down to the green slopes. Two private parking spaces are reserved for you directly at the house, including the underground parking space and an open parking space directly at the building.

A special feature in the underground car park is the e-filling station on your parking space: When you arrive with your new e-car, you can use the Wallbe Pro charging station with up to 11 kW charging capacity. The Type 2 socket enables many models to be charged. Billing is conveniently done via plug surfing.

The historic city center is 500 meters away. Here you will find numerous cafes, restaurants, boutiques, shops and supermarkets. The train station is about 200 meters away. Ideal for those arriving by public transport. Leisure activities such as the climbing forge (100 m), a bowling hall (950 m), basketball and volleyball courts (100m) offer variety. Tourists can look forward to the centuries-old old town, the minster and the bell tower, the towers as evidence of the historic city wall and numerous museums, such as the silverware museum Ott-Pausersche Fabrik or the Märklin Museum in Göppingen (17 km). Hikes to the three emperor mountains through the landscape protection area and many castles in the area invite you to further excursions.

The apartment was sparkling clean, modern, and very comfortable for our family of 3 while we were in the area to visit family. Nice location close to train if you need it and parking was easy too. Nicely equipped kitchen, nice outdoor balcony, and friendly neighbors too!

The Ulriches have a nice, newly constructed condo in a new complex that overlooks the village. Very nice. Very convenient. Easy, pleasant place to stay. Highly recommend. I'm sure we will be back. They were easy to work with--had it all planned for easy access with no hassle.
