It has a fantastic view. We felt a bit disappointed that we could not check in sooner. Most of the first day is gone with a 4 pm check in time. Very relaxing and beautiful house. But we had some plumbing issues and with 11 people in the house to shower this was hard. We had to wait for to shower between so it wasn't COLD! The person responding to my texts and emails were very prompt. The kitchen and den was great. Even though the pool table had a major tear in the surface everyone enjoyed using it. We did alot of bike riding in the neighborhood this was great too.

A group of high school friends celebrated 25 years of gatherings on this property! It was perfect. House is well kept and maintained. Rooms were spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Easy check in and check out. View of lake was spectacular with a beautiful deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Added bonus were the deer we saw roaming around. Definitely try to visit the property again in the future!
Only complaint was refrigerator was leaking and we had to turn off the waterline. Also, description mentioned a hot tub ( said not to bring remote into hot tub) but there wasn't a hot tub on the property.

The property is very well kept. Lake was very low so the walk to the lake is long. Lots of deer activity in the morning and evening. My wife and I traveled with two other couples. We had plenty of room. We spent one afternoon on the lake and the other tubing the Comal. Had a great time at a wonderful property.

We had a few 13 year olds celebrating my daughter’s birthday. House was perfect and the loved the back yard. Thanks for a great weekend!
