It’s located in a quiet residential area of Breckenridge, with easy access to town and the slopes via the free shuttle stop less the two blocks away. Outside, there’s a deck and patio with a gas grill and your own hot tub. And with two master suites, it’s a great home for two families to share.
The main level features a very open, modern layout. There’s plenty of seating in the living area to enjoy the large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to make big mountain meals for your group. The cozy dining area has a large pine table with seating for eight people, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast bar.
The lower family room has another large flat-screen TV with a home theater system, a foosball table, and another fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, two washers/dryers and a garage with additional driveway parking (4 vehicles total). Lower Level:

- Living area: sleeper sofa.

- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

Summit Mountain Rentals offered great communication ahead of our visit and assisted with getting us checked in early since the house wasn't rented the day ahead of arrival. We had an excellent stay at this home in Breck. It was more spacious than we were expecting. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Property manager was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay again! Very convenient to downtown and the mountain for skiing.
