This fancy Spanish style Castle home is five minutes away from the state capitol, downtown, Arkansas Children's Hospital, governor's mansion and the Clinton Presidential Library. The Spanish house is historic and feels welcoming in a familiar and comforting way. It's quirky but spacious and we absolutely loved it. So many original details and a courtyard! The host was very accommodating.

Good enough for what we needed for a very short stay. However, the ceiling fans were very dirty, as were the trim boards and corners of the floor. The kitchen appliances were clean, as were the bathrooms and bedrooms. As stated, it was sufficient for us, but we would have preferred it to be cleaner. It seemed as if we were the first renters, the owner was very attentive to our questions, and check-out was a breeze.
