The view from the house is magnificient. The house itself is great, nice separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room and a roof top! Modern, clean and excellent airco. Nice swimming pool next to the house as well as a tenniscourt. To get to the house, you have a steep drive, but once you are there, it is very rewarding :).
There is a additional parking space in Lerici, which is handy. Lerici is nice to go for dinner. La Spezia is 20 min away, from where you can take the train to Cinque Terra (you can easily park underneath the station).
Don't look further, enjoy your stay here!!

Great property, feels very secure, fantastic view, nice roof top, enough parking space, very nice pool, more cutlery would be nice, there is mold in one corner of one bath room

Beautiful grounds, well kept, tremendous views of the "Bay of Poets" and surrounding area - Access to the property is a very steep drive with several switchbacks requiring a three point turn - Not a problem for an average driver, those with less skill, beware - The "bonus" parking spot in Lerici was highly beneficial and made a huge difference for us older folks with mobility issues - It's literally one minute from the Mediterranean, shopping and restaurants - Only complaint was the sparse furnishings in the unit, probably typical European, but definitely not American - Hard metal chairs, tiny shower, no shower shelves, hard futon in living area, TV service was intermittent, WIFI was weak but overall, a nice place, location, location, location -
