With multiple outdoor spaces, generous sleeping arrangements, and an unbeatable location steps from the beach and boardwalk, it's your ticket to the ultimate coastal getaway.
A standout feature is the private rooftop patio, where you can soak in panoramic ocean views, enjoy al fresco meals, or simply lounge in the sunshine. The ground floor offers an 800 sq. ft. apartment — ideal for guests who prefer privacy — while the second and third floors add another 3,400 sq. ft. of living space.
On the second floor, you'll find the main living area with a modern smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar, and three comfortable bedrooms. The third floor offers three more bedrooms, including the king primary suite. With both shared and private spaces, everyone in your group can relax at their own pace.
Located just off the Mission Beach boardwalk and a short walk to Belmont Park, this home places you near roller coasters, arcades, mini golf, and endless sandy shorelines.

The views from the rooftop were absolutely spectacular, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The home easily accommodated our group of 13 without ever feeling crowded. The layout was like a charming maze—we had such a great time exploring and figuring out which staircase led where! With three generations traveling together, it worked out wonderfully: the grandparents enjoyed the comfort of the first floor, the teens loved being near the kitchen on the second, and the adults had the third floor to themselves. Everything could not have been more perfect on our family vacation with my three boys and their families. They had the two top floors and I stayed in the apartment on the first floor. The boardwalk is very close and there are plenty of stores and restaurants close by. I would definitely come back again.

The location of the property is just amazing! We were able to walk to the beach and the bay. The beach is steps away from the house. The are restaurants and markets walking distance from the house. The Belmont park is very close. We took scooters and bikes out. The neighborhood is safe and our kids had tons of fun and freedom to hang out. The house is a bit outdated, but the location makes up for any of it. We had a blast and would absolutely recommend staying here!

We come to San Diego every summer and this has been our favorite house so far! Every room was so comfy and accommodating. Wish all of the rooms had TV’s but that’s nothing major. Washer and dryers are a must for a family of 10, having two sets was a life saver! We loved the location and will be returning next summer!
