This two bedroom apartment (on third floor) is located just outside of Cookeville, TN. It is located in a fully equipped, new in 2017 complex with access to the pool, walking trail, and fitness center. Hopping on Hwy 111 will take you right to I 40 within 5 minutes, so it's a quick stop off the interstate for people passing through, and ideal for travelers who want to stay to enjoy the nearby waterfalls and trails.

We had a wonderful stay here! Cute and homey apartment in a friendly community. The pool area was a great place to relax after hiking and swimming at Cummins Falls (which was only 15 minutes away!). We brought our dog and took advantage of the little dog trail that goes around the apartment community. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean, and communities went well back and forth. The location is perfect, even if you want to make a quick trip to Nashville I'd recommend this stay. There are a few things we didn't much care for, they look to have been mentioned many times by others in the journal left on the TV stand noting past guest experience. One would be no toaster, or actually any good cookware. I'd say if you plan on cooking here, bring your own stuff. Outlets shut off if you use a blow dryer and a mixer at the same time (brought our own mixer, thankfully). Could have microwave plugged in and run a mixer etc...challenging. There is seating in the loving room area, but not enough actually comfortable enough to sit 4 adults to have a lengthy conversation. The side chairs aren't made for relaxing. I will say the complex is quiet, people were very friendly and if your traveling with a pet as we were, this is a gem. They have a little dog area (not fenced) and walking trails. Overall...pleased.

Lovely few days hiking. Quiet, ample parking. Super responsive host. One snafu with check in was quickly and thoroughly resolved.
