This is my second home so the place is fully equipped with all the things you need. Walking distance to beach- inspiration point, shops, everything. Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, private huge private patio with outdoor dining, sectional couch, BBQ and fireplace. Bright & open floor plan with high ceilings, recessed lighting, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms. Enjoy your evenings outdoor with beautiful lighting and romantic fireplace. Living room with fireplace opens to the private patio for entertaining after a fun day at the beach. Master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, balcony, large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, extra large shower for two, walk in closet & double sink. Second bedroom has queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full bunk beds. 2nd full bathroom is a jack & jill bathroom between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. Beautiful neighborhood and close to the beach. We attended a family wedding while in town and the property was well stocked and had everything we needed. Will definitely look to stay here again.

This house was a bit disappointing. Upon arrival, the lock box didn't work and it took sometime to get in touch with the owner to find an alternate way to get in. The house itself is generally fine and clean; however, the living room sofa and the outdoor patio furniture did not seem clean and were quite old. We really couldn't even sit on the outdoor stuff. It was quite dirty and stained. The living room rug is also in that condition. Upon arrival, there was laundry in the dryer and wet cleaning towels in the washing machine.
The rest of the house was tidy and just fine and the location was good.
