About this house rental

Welcome to your modern beach home in the heart of Del Mar. Just two blocks from the town square and a few minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Southern California. This is a luxurious three bedroom three and half bathroom home laid out over three floors with an indoor/outdoor living and dinning room. Also included are two RAD electric bikes, surfboards, Jacuzzi, and beach wagon with all the necessities for a perfect beach day.

The house is exactly as represented. However, the map on VRBO shows the location below Camino Del Mar; it is not, it is above Camino Del Mar Street. This was a surprise to us after we booked and paid in full. The house is well appointed and the linens are like sleeping at a Four Seasons. The house is perfect for walking to the restaurants and shops, but you need to drive to the beach if you have gear. Also, if you have a party larger than 2, you will need to bring chairs and a beach umbrella. Jon was wonderful to work with.
