- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 toilet
- 1 living room with double bed and sofa bed, 1 TV, table, chairs and furnishings
- 1 kitchen area with all utensils, fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave.
- 1 terrace with table and chairs as well as 2 deckchairs
We provide bath towels and sheets for the beds.
Also for shopping, take advantage of an Intermarché, located 200 m away, ideal for following your desires.
The city center and the beach are only 600 m from the property.
The nearest leisure activities include a golf driving range at 400 m, mini golf and open-air cinema, tennis court at 700 m and a balneotherapy center in the city center.

Exactly like pictures very well equipped. 15 minute walk to le lavandou beach and supermarket nearby. Very nice area. Clean and comfortable. Owner very friendly and helpful but only spoke French so hard to communicate. Overall, would recommend and would stay again!
