The apartment is new, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos.It's worth noting that the AC is quite loud, especially in the kitchen and living room areas — something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise.The unit includes a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher, but there was no detergent provided for either, so we had to purchase our own.That said, the location is excellent and very convenient.

We visited family in San Jose for a wedding and stayed at this la toon for a week. It was clean, easy to locate and we felt safe leaving and arriving.
