Unit G740 is a 2.5 bedroom fully equipped condo located on the 5th floor of Gearhart House.
Enjoy fantastic views from your top floor private deck. Catch a glimpse of our famous Elk wandering nearby. This condo is newly renovated. It has a Queen bed in the main, a Double bed in the 2nd bedroom. The loft has a double and a twin bed.. Maximum occupancy is 7. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall. Very large kitchen area with a dry bar. Large flat screen TV and DVD with Satellite in the living room and tv in the main bedroom & guest bedroom with satellite. Walk in shower in the main bath and a tub/shower in the hall bath. This unit has electric heat. There is a pellet stove, but it is not operable.
This unit is great in conjunction with our other 2 bedroom lofts for family reunions, and large extended families.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room.
**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Our adult children joined us to celebrate their dad’s 65th birthday. The guys played golf and the girls enjoyed the beach and lunch in Seaside. The kitchen and dining table were perfect for a family dinner and card games afterwards. The deck looking out to the ocean was beautiful. Condo was perfect!

My little family wanted a relaxing beach vacation and we got so much more.
We awoke to the view of the mountains on our beds and ate dinner to the view of the sunsets on the balcony. Everything we needed was either there or at a store nearby.
The home was clean and smelled wonderful. The walk to the beach was fun and the pool was amazing. The communication was excellent and professional.
My family is already talking about doing this trip again. It was worth every penny and then some.
Thank you to the owners for sharing this spectacular home.
