Welcome to Trévou-Treguinec, a quiet village located 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec & Ploumanac'h, the favourite village of the French in 2015. Discover this charming family house that can accommodate 5 people, close to the sea and Trestel beach. It opens its doors to you for unforgettable moments in the region: between swimming, moments of relaxation and surfing sessions.
The interior has been carefully designed for your comfort. The living room is ideal for sharing a friendly aperitif near the stove or relaxing in front of a film or sporting event. The dining room, for its part, invites you to gather around its large table to share delicious meals with family or friends.
In the independent kitchen, you will have all the necessary equipment to prepare your meals: a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and Senseo, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils you may need. For added comfort, it also has a washing machine.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on the ground floor, and will allow you to relax after a long day of activity.
On the night side, you will find upstairs a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a second bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200).
From a practical point of view, the house has a private outdoor parking space right in front of the house.
