This country house in Bas-Oha, Wanze, is perfect for large families, groups of friends or group getaways. Just 6 km from the centre of Huy, the villa offers easy access to cultural highlights such as the citadel of Huy and its historic centre. Families with children can explore the Mont Mosan animal and amusement park or walk to panoramic viewpoints overlooking the Meuse Valley. The nearby Château de Modave adds a touch of history and grandeur to your trip.
The country house spans three floors and features 12 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms with rain showers and spacious living areas. The pool house also boasts a private indoor swimming pool with a sauna and a roof terrace, offering water fun all year round.
The kitchen is fully equipped with three microwaves, three dishwashers, three fridges and a freezer, ideal for group meals. The property owner will contact you in advance regarding the deposit, i.e. payment of the security deposit, including all additional costs (such as bed linen and towels, cleaning costs, waste disposal, and tourist tax). These must be paid by bank transfer. Cash payment on arrival is not accepted. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded to the guest after deduction of electricity, water and gas consumption, and any damage.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Toplocatie (super bij mooi weer: grote tuin), charmant oud huis, goed voorziene keukeninrichting/living, zeer ruime slaapkamers, leuke mogelijkheid tot activiteiten, zeer goeie wellnessruimte (cfr sauna), ... Enige minpuntje (wat toch wel persoonlijk zeer vervelend was voor ons): er is geen trap in het zwembad. Erin gaat nog, maar eruit is op een bepaalde leeftijd (we hadden twee 80 plussers mee, verschillende 60 plussers én 1 hoogzwangere dame) helemaal niet evident.

Wij hebben met onze kinderen en hun partners en de kleinkinderen (31 personen totaal) een prachtig weekend gehad in Villa Mosa. Zoveel ruimte in en om het huis , dat we de poort bijna niet uit zijn geweest. Alleen voor enkele wandelingen langs de Maas. Kortom, een prima plek om terug te komen.
