50m by foot from the Bettex Gondola Station (skiable domain EVASION MONT BLANC) and 800m from St Gervais village center. Bus stop at Bettex Gondola Station (free bus lines during high season, winter and summer).

Such a beautiful town and area. We really enjoyed our stay at the end of April. The house is very conveniently located and clean. Great views in every direction. Looking forward to Heaven, but this helps until we arrive their.

The appartment is perfect. Some areas have low ceilings but even our tallest family members got used to it! The lift up from the cellar parking was great for arrival and departure. The view from the balcony was superb, great for people watching or gazing at the mountains, even when the weather wasn’t perfect. The swimming pool was great for a dip at the end of a busy day of walking, biking or hydro speeding.
The property was clean and had everything we needed.
The location is superb; Petit Casino is a 5 minute walk for stocking up with essentials, a 10 minute walk into St Gervais for meals, drinks and market (on Thursday) and even shorter to the amazing municipal swimming pool with sauna and steam room.
The washing machine on the ground floor was great and wet clothes dried easily on the balcony. The property owner, Benoit, was speedy at responding to all my questions.
Overall a perfect place to stay for a great holiday.
