C'est la première fois que nous avons consulté Poplidays pour nos vacances et que nous avons autant été déçus. Il est dommage que les propriétaires fassent appel à ARVIS-IMMO, votre intermédiaire, pour la gestion de leur appartement dont les équipements sont de bonnes marques et de qualité. Cette agence est à éviter. Elle ne s'est pas donnée la peine de vérifier l'état de cet appartement avant notre arrivée: état poussiéreux sur les 2 téléviseurs et le lecteur de DVD, sols en parquet sales et poussiéreux dans séjour et chambre, cuvette des toilettes immonde de saleté, ballet de w-c tellement chargé de m... f... que nous avons dû demander son remplacement, suspension de séjour chargée de poussière, éléments de cuisine chargés de graisse, aspirateur sale inutilisable, de même pour le balai brosse et la balayette... Une alèse de lit sale que l'agence a consenti à remplacer par une "alèse jetable" en papier. Nous avons passé une demie journée de nettoyage; l'agence nous a finalement remboursés les 50,00 € de ménage de sortie. Nous avons laissé un appartement impeccable, excepté pour le dessus de éléments de cuisine car nous n'avions pas le matériel adéquat....
En conclusion:
- nous sommes dans l'attente d'un geste commercial de la part de Poplidays pour palier à ce préjudice et pouvoir faire appel à ses services lors de prochains séjours mer ou montagne....
- Il est souhaitable que Poplidays exerce des contrôles plus approfondis relatifs à la qualité et au professionnalisme de ses partenaires...
