Set within The Summit on Bluff Mountain, one of the most prominent communities in the Smokies, this extraordinary estate announces itself from the moment you arrive. Multiple paved parking areas welcome your entire group, and an 8-foot entry door opens into a great room that simply stops you in your tracks — floor-to-ceiling custom woodwork, a wall of windows framing sweeping mountain views, and a 20-foot custom gas fireplace rising as the undeniable centerpiece of it all.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream: a Wolf 6-burner gas range, pot filler, built-in oven, two oversized refrigerators, and a massive island with bar seating. Adjacent, a custom log slab dining table seats 20 beneath picture windows, with additional seating at a secondary table, a built-in ice maker bar, and a cozy fireplace nook that doubles as a gentlemen's retreat. This house was amazing!!! Very spacious and well equipped!! The views were picturesque!! We had everything we needed in the kitchen for lots of cooking. The property management company was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Gorgeous property is a very exclusive community. The views are absolutely amazing.The house itself is beautiful with kitchen being huge and lots of room for a group of 21 to hang out.Here are the cons:A lot of the amenities don’t work as advertised. The movie theater did not work. The air hockey table did not work and there were a few other issues of items not working as it should.Management company is very bad at responding to questions. They did not fix the broken items until the last day of our stay which was very disappointing.The house, in my opinion, should come with more basic essentials. There should be dishwasher tabs available especially since the checkout specifically requires us to wash all of the dishes. There was only two rolls of paper towels available. The kitchen did not have any spices or basics (salt, sugar, pepper, oil, etc). The pans were really used and dated.Overall - the stay was lovely and we were able to enjoy the property despite some of the features not working as they should.
