About this apartment rental
This cozy condo is just the place for your stay in Sunriver. Stocked with everything you will need and more. The home has a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Living room is just off the kitchen with a new ceiling fan installed for your comfort. Large Samsung TV with Blu Ray. One of two patios is off the living room. Washer and dryers are near the kitchen with additional machines in the club house. There is also an enclosed patio with a BBQ for your use year round. Enjoy your ski days with just 20 minutes to Mt Bachelor for your summer and winter enjoyment. Several restaurants in the Sunriver Village & numerous shops.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed with your own TV. Full primary bathroom. The primary bedroom is located just off the living room.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with a TV. There are also games and puzzles for your use in the closet. Great for the kids for their own space. The owner has provided a Pak & Play with sheets for your use. There is a full bathroom next to the bedroom.
Just off the living room is one of two enclosed patios. The living room has a TV - Blu-ray player.
Just down the walking path is the condo's private heated pool (seasonal) and hot tub (year round), with beach towels provided. Just close enough for connivence and far away from any pool noise. Towering Ponderosa Pines keep this condo cool in the summer and beautiful year round.
Enjoy the provided bikes for your use to explore the over 40 miles of bike paths through out Sunriver and several miles of paths in Caldera.
Take advantage of all that Sunriver has to offer with being just steps away from the resort. Located just off Century Road in the Business Park. No road noise, just the beautiful Deschutes Forest in your back yard.
No smoking or vaping allowed in the home, or on property. No pets are allowed because of allergies. Condo pool opens Memorial weekend and closes September 30th. Hot Tub is open all winter.

This complex is one of the last cost-effective places to stay in Sunriver, and this is definitely one of the better condos. This was our third stay here and we've been very happy each time.Plenty of family games, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, on-site pool so you don't have to deal with the crowds at the SHARC. Easy access to Sunriver via the bike paths or by car. And the condo comes with a few bikes for guest use.One minor thing, a towel bar for a hand towel in the master bathroom would be nice. But otherwise no complaints at all, and we'll definitely consider staying here again next year.

It was a nice, clean and modern apartment in a convenient location. We would stay there again if/when we are in Sunriver again.

We had a wonderful time , my friend and I had a girlfriend’s weekend away ! Your condo was so clean and comfy . We rode the bikes and so enjoyed the pool . We will rent from you again . What a fun and enjoyable weekend we had at your condo .
