Marvel at this spacious, luxurious, 120-m² duplex that can accommodate up to 10 people, which is located on the very last floor of a quiet apartment building by the ski slopes. You can enjoy the large, heated swimming pool in the apartment building, as well as the sauna and hammam after a day of skiing on the slopes of Paradiski, one of the best skiing areas in all of Europe. You can also admire a lovely sunset by the fireplace. The apartment is located in the Roseland apartment building in Arc 1800, a 5-min walk from all activities (100 m from ESF, and 200 m from the resort centre). The apartment building has an ideal location with direct access to the ski slopes, from which you can depart. It is close to the golf course, tennis, and zip line for great summer holidays. It is a great place for a good time with family or friends. The apartment consists of a large living room and a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette set, and toaster. It also boasts a spacious dining room, as well as a lounge with a large fireplace (wood provided). The terrace offers an incredible view in order to watch the sunset and Mont Blanc. The apartment also has 5 bedrooms (10 sleeping arrangements), 3 of which have their own shower room, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, and a relaxing area on the mezzanine. It also features an all-equipped laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment offers a large HD flat screen TV with a DVD player, Wi-Fi, iPhone Bower & Wilkins dock station, game console, and board games for relaxing evenings. The apartment will be completely renovated in September and October 2016 by an interior decorator in order to offer a more contemporary ambience, all the while keeping the mountain spirit. Furthermore, there are 2 roofed car parks, as well as 2 ski lockers. To guarantee maximum comfort, we have our real estate agency on site with efficient professionals who take care of the apartment: sheets are provided, final cleaning is included, and the beds are made upon arrival. Lovely apartment very close to Les Arcs 1800. The view from the balcony is incredible and the play station and coffee machine great additions!

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It is well equipped and was very clean. The bathrobes included for all guests was a really nice touch. The views are spectacular and very easy access to the slopes - we were able to ski in/ski out during our week - although this may be trickier towards the end of the season when there is less snow. It is only a short walk down the hill to the shops/bars/restaurants in Charvet. The swimming pool was a real bonus, the children in our party loved being able to relax and swim after a day skiing. The hosts, Helene and Sebastien, were very responsive both with queries about the resort before we arrived, and during our stay. I would definitely stay again if we return to Les Arcs.

Beautiful apartment Lots of space Lovely spa area A bit hard to carry shopping up the hill but had young fit lads to do that! The skiers had a great time I was chalet maid and loved my little walks around the villages and trips up in the lifts

Overal a nice place to stay and to enjoy, however, the spaces on the photo's looked better and larger than real. The second floor is pretty cramped, not really suited for people above 1m80.
