Place was very nice and comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful the color stands out very good for that house the bedrooms were very well kept and very nice and comfortable

The listing says "new" and the pictures look new and while there was definitely a recent remodel, not everything is new. The kitchen appliances and cookware all saw better days and some of the remodeling wasn't greatly done, but at the end of the day, we had a fine stay: bed was fine, showers worked, we cooked meals in the kitchen. Communications was essentially non existent, but then again everything worked out ok and we didn't really need any. Given my experience with other VRBOs, I had expected more / better.
