Cute little bungalow off MLK Blvd, this place is a must-stay for Razorback fans and bike enthusiasts! You and your guests will love being directly across the street from the Razorback Greenway and walking distance to Baum Stadium and only one mile to Bud Walton and Razorback Stadiums.
Built in 1928 but recently remodeled, and only 750 sq feet, this quaint and charming house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a cozy living area for relaxing and recharging at the end of the day.
There is a large backyard with a wire fence for your pet and a small fire pit and lawn chairs for sitting out by the fire at night. You won’t regret spending your weekend gazing at the stars at Hollywood! We look forward to hosting you!

The property is close to a bar so on Saturday night it’s pretty loud into the night. The curtains could be thicker, for more privacy. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. The host answers any questions fairly quickly. This is our 2nd stay at this location and we will probably stay again.

Cozy, convenient, well located for restaurants and services. Very much as advertised. We have family to visit in the area, and hope to return and stay again in the future!
