About this house rental
Our house is located on the northern outskirts of Klagenfurt at 720m above sea level.
In a quiet forest edge location in the middle of nature, there is a wonderful view of the mountains.
The house "Eulenburg" is particularly suitable as a starting point for many activities and excursions, since the city of Klagenfurt, with all its attractions, events and sights, can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The Wörthersee, Minimundus, the Pyramidenkogel or the Carinthian mountains are also popular destinations that offer varied vacation days.
The neighboring countries of Slovenia and Italy are also not far away.
Our house is also the ideal place to relax and unwind, for walks in beautiful nature and into the adjacent forest, or for hikes.
It can accommodate up to 12 people (10 adults, 2 children) and is therefore also suitable for large families.
There is 160 m2 of living space on 3 levels, which have been lovingly furnished, a large garden with barbecue and play facilities for children, as well as enough parking space.
On the ground floor of the house there is the modern kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave ...), the large dining room, the cozy living room with tiled stove and adjacent terrace and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and single beds and another bathroom with shower and bathtub.
In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed, a shower and the sauna (heat cabin).
The wonderful view of the valley is available in almost all rooms.

The property is on top of a hill, very quiet, beautiful views. Host very friendly. Property is very well furnished and equipped. We had a great stay there.

Amazing stay at the beautiful holiday home. We had 7 people in our group and everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The house is spacious, beautifully located on a hill overlooking the mountains. The morning coffee and evening family gatherings on the terrace were something we were all looking forward to everyday. The area offered endless possibilities in terms of sightseeing, hiking in the mountains, shopping etc. Our hosts were very helpful and always accessible to us by phone but giving us space at the same time as they stayed in a separate house next to ours. The house was equipped with everything we needed making the stay comfortable for all of us. Everything inside was in perfect condition and spotless. overall beautiful vacation stay which we enjoyed tremendously. Already thinking about spending more vacation time there in the future. Thank you Peter and Maria-Luise Hubner!
