About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 122 m² house to rent in Erquy, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics) and able to accommodate up to 7 guests. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 50 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed with a double bed below (140x190), and a single bed above.
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside
- A beautiful 250 m² garden + terraces with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
