Welcome to The Cosy Retreat - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.
Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!
Off the hallway is a family bathroom with shower over and a spacious bedroom with comfy super king size bed and lots of storage.
In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3* freezer box, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks.
The dining area comfortably sits 3 at the bar type table.
The lounge area features a large TV (SMART) with 2 comfy sofas (one a sofa bed)
The apartment is incredibly dog friendly. Please bring your own throws / covers to protect the sofa(s) and bed
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

Fabulous winter stay at The Cosy Retreat.
A lovely apartment which was cosy and warm on a cold December week. The thermostat was easy to use and the place heated up so quickly.
The apartment is a few minutes walk from the pub which serves food all day and also a few minutes walk from the swimming pool/sauna/steam room which we used every day.
The apartment is a five minute walk from the bus stop and so we used the bus to visit Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough, rather than driving and we found this very convenient.
We ate out most of the time but there was plenty of baking trays, pans, crockery and cutlery in the drawers which were all clean.
Everything worked as it should and was in good condition.
The bed was massive and very comfy.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This was the first visit to The Bay and we stayed in the Cozy Retreat. The apartment was clean and bright. The welcome box was very appreciated. We enjoyed the facilities and especially the restaurant. The whole complex is very clean and well taken care of. We will definately be back.

Beautifully furnished, amazing location. Easy access to beach and meadow walks on site. So peaceful can't wait to return.
