Centrally located near everything SoCal has to offer. 5 minutes away from APU, and Citrus College. This charming home is a couple minutes from Glendora Village. 25-45 minutes away from Downtown LA, Ocean, Disneyland, Big Bear, Pasadena, Knotts, Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, LAX, Ontario, Dodger Stadium, Angel Stadium, City of Hope, Palm Springs, etc.

HOUSE RULES:
1) Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates the House Rules. If you arrive with more guests than you booked, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.
2) Check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time. Please don't arrive early without prior notice we have agreed on early check-in and the early check-in fee was paid.
3) No smoking in the house.
4) No eating in the bedrooms
5) No parties / No events
6) No illegal activity, this includes marijuana. The smell is horrible!
7) Please don't walk around in the home with your shoes on. Please take them off when waking throughout the home.
8) All Pets have to be approved first. Not all pets are welcome. There is an extra cleaning fee based on the size of the pet, length of stay, and amount of pets. If pets are approved, pets are not allowed on the Furniture and beds. Please clean up your pets mess. Don’t leave it for the next guest.
9) This is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment. Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am.
10) Please leave the place neat and clean before leaving. This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the shower.

My wife and dogs needed to get out of our house for the weekend. We picked this property because it was close to Cal poly Pomona in our son plays basketball there.
I didn’t realize it was right off of Route 66 and had some cool restaurants, Dog parks and walking trails in the area.
House was clean, had all the necessities we needed, And a fenced yard for dogs. There are a few boards that need to be fixed in the backyard, but besides that everything was 5star
We Highly recommend this Property and would stay here again
