We are located in via del Castelluccio, just 400 meters from the sea, in the area called "Paese Nuovo". The Paese Nuovo area is the right compromise between tranquility and proximity to services and the sea. Here there are no parking difficulties, we find various shops for basic necessities and the sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The nearest shopping center is Conad City which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
In via Confalonieri n.7B, apartment with independent entrance and private garden on the ground floor. Internally it consists of a living area with kitchenette, double bedroom, another bedroom/living room and bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: induction hob, fridge with freezer, small electric oven, microwave oven, TV, washing machine and air conditioning.
BEDS: There are 5 beds consisting of a double bed, two single beds (1 + 1 pull-out) and a sofa bed for one and a half square.
