Single-family house, built in 1900. 3 km from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 494 m2, well-kept garden (fenced). Terrace (28 m2), fireplace. In the house: table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Carport. Grocery 2.5 km. Golf course 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
