About this apartment rental
Escape to this beautiful condo in Hollister with a breath-taking view of Tablerock Lake. This charming property features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living room with a queen sofa bed and twin pull-out bed. Guests can enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Tablerock Lake right out the back door on a private balcony, a short path down to the water for fishing or taking a dip in the water or drive 10 mins into Branson for shows, shopping at the Landing or all the fun Branson has to offer.
A very short walk to Branson Bay Marina provides boat storage. Boat or jet ski rental is approx. 5-10 minutes away at State Park Marina. Long's Creek Marina approx. 15 mins away for boat rental and storage as well.
The property has a beautiful pool, gas grill and outdoor eating area to enjoy. Private gas grills not allowed due to insurance restriction.
Free Wifi and a 75" Smart TV
Condo has a full kitchen stocked with everything needed, courtesy iron and blow dryer, washer and dryer available
This is a gated community at Emerald Pointe, which provides added security.
Grocery stores and restaurants in Hollister within a 6 min. drive.
Easy and quick access to back road that leads to Silver Dollar City, Branson West and all the entertainment on Hwy 76. The Tablerock Dam and Fish Hatchery is only a short drive as well.
We want you to relax and enjoy our condo but ask a few things to help keep it nice:
- No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind is allowed - this includes the private balcony. Violations will be subject to extra charges.
- no pets allowed
- please remove shoes at the door
- we ask that children are not allowed to jump on the pull-out beds or furniture.
- we ask that children not play with the buttons on the fireplace cabinet.
- we ask that children keep colored drinks out of the living room.

We had a wonderful vacation at this location. We loved being away from the main action, but still a perfect short ride from it all. Our host was very accommodating and the unit was so nice and clean. We loved the short walk to the lake!

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars...everything was amazing! The condo was so clean, smelled very nice, and the arrangements were so cozy and comfy. The views from the balcony and dining room windows are stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony while enjoying my morning coffee and doing Bible study. Sheri is also an amazing host! She was so great about reaching out before our stay to make sure we had everything we need. She set up gate access for our vehicle, which meant all we had to do was pull up to the gate and it opened. We never had to speak with the gate attendant. Sheri was very responsive to communication before and after our stay, even when we asked what scent was being used in the air fresheners. We ended up leaving a couple things behind accidentally, and she was very kind to work with us in having the cleaning crew look for the items. She also prepared a basket in the kitchen with some snacks and coffee pods, and a few bottles of water, which was so very nice of her. This venue is close to many popular Branson attractions. We visited Top of the Rock, Sight & Sound, Silver Dollar City, the Branson Landing, Tanger Outlets. We felt right at home, and the condo was so nice to come back to at the end of busy days. We will definitely be back, and give this condo the highest rating!
