Kitchenette (induction hob, microwave, oven, freezer compartment). First floor: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190cm) with dressing area. Bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x190cm). Shower room with WC (sink, shower cubicle, towel warmer). Private, unfenced grounds. Terrace. Garden furniture. Sun loungers. Barbecue. Shared swing set and sandpit. Secure pond on site. Parking. Central heating included (wood-fired boiler). All utilities included. Bed linen for hire. Cleaning service on request. Baby equipment available. Another gîte is located 80m away (sleeps 9), ref. G178. No parties or gatherings. Perfectly situated away from the sandy beaches, this charming farmhouse is ideal for a relaxing getaway. The large central willow tree proudly welcomes you to this perfectly maintained working farm. The owners have created beautiful green spaces where the playground and secure pond allow everyone to relax. A pleasant, south-facing garden awaits you in the shade of the willow. Equidistant from the port of Granville and Coutances with its cathedral, Muneville offers a multitude of options for exploring the countryside or the coastline.
