The Space:
Enjoy a smooth arrival with our easy self-check-in keypad. Sink into cozy beds with plush mattresses and pillows, fresh linens, and hotel-quality bath essentials for a relaxing stay. Soft, clean towels are provided to ensure a refreshing experience.
Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine comfortably, including a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and essential cookware.
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, complete with detergent. We also provide paper products, premium bath amenities, mini dish/laundry detergents, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board—everything to make your stay effortless and enjoyable!
4 minute drive to MUSC and all bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs, except for one private bedroom upstairs. Perfect for a convenient and relaxing stay!

Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement
For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout your visit.
The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. We’ll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.
Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
