Upstairs, there is a mezzanine TV area, three double bedrooms, and an additional bathroom.
You will appreciate the outdoor spaces of this property: a furnished terrace, a large garden for outdoor games, and a swing for children. A barbecue is also available.
Parking for two vehicles is possible in tandem in the dedicated driveway before the garden (no more space).
