Property is located in the Village of Tannin. Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house and community pool area.
Other things to note:
☀ Beach towels provided (1 per guest)
☀ Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into November
☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
The co-hosts for this property (Madison & Cody) will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! The property was beautiful, clean, and easy access to places we traveled. We loved our stay. The host was amazing, whenever we had a problem he was available immediately to help solve any problems. I would definitely recommend this property

We had a family of 8 and had plenty of space. Two full living areas - one upstairs and downstairs. All of us could eat together at the large dining table. We made many meals at the house. Cookware and dishes met our needs. An issue we had was addressed right away by the very attentive hosts. Extremely close to pool. Wagon, beach towels and 6 beach chairs provided for beach days. Would stay in this beautifully decorated home again. Loved our time here!

The house was perfect! Completely clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood was very cute and easily accessible with the golf cart we rented. The hosts were very helpful and prompt with responding to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
