About this house rental
Come and stay in this lovely, brand-new house, located 800 meters from the center of Jullouville and 350 meters from the beach, in a new residential development.
The house comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance hall with a shower room and toilet, a mezzanine overlooking the entrance with a single bed, a large living room with a lounge/TV area, a dining area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed, and a second shower room with toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a third bedroom with a double bed and a fourth and final bedroom, also with a double bed, a shower room with toilet, and a final room that could be used as a children's playroom.
Outside, you can enjoy a terrace with suitable furniture and a garden (please note: the garden is not fenced). There is a garage (not accessible for cars), a washing machine, and ideal storage for bicycles. Parking available in front of the house.
No pets allowed.
