About this apartment rental
Located on the main floor of the palazzetto, this elegant apartment includes a living room, a kitchen, and two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a shower. The kitchen, illuminated by a traditional Venetian triforium, is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting space. Furnished in a style that seamlessly blends classic charm with modern comfort, this apartment offers families or groups of friends a truly unique Venetian experience.
The Palazzetto Ca’Vida is an old 15th-century building completely restored between 2024 and 2025. Notified to the Belle Arti (Eng. Grade2 listed) it has retained its exterior appearance but inside it has been thoroughly restored and furnished in a modern and classical manner. Ca’Vida Palazzetto can also be rented as a single apartment complex but there is an independent apartment on each floor. The house has an elevator to the first, second, and third floors.
Ca\' Vida is located in the sestiere of San Marco, and specifically, between the campo overlooking the Grand Canal of San Samuele and the well-known Campo Santo Stefano full of restaurants and cafes.
Despite being a very central location, Ca\' Vida is situated on a street with little traffic and is extremely quiet. In fact, it combines centrality with the quietness of an old Venetian campiello overlooking a canal.
Access from the airport can be made either by Vaporetto (public transportation), Alilaguna Orange Line, or by private cab as the landings are only a few hundred meters away. The same goes for Santa Lycia train station and parking lots.
Ca\' Vida is only a 10-minute walk from St. Mark\'s Square and 15 minutes from Rialto but only 3 minutes from a number of excellent restaurants and osterias offering the best of typical Venetian cuisine.

Wonderful Stay in Venice in a Beautiful Modern Apartment!We loved our stay here in Venice. It's in a great location. Just a short 2 minute walk to the Accademia bridge crossing. Easy to walk most places in Venice from here. If taking a boat either from the train station or from Marco Polo Airport, there's a boat stop (San Samuele) which is very nearby and the best part is from the San Sameule stop, there's no bridges or steps that you need to go over with your luggage. Makes it so much easier! Also, there's a private elevator so you can easily take your luggage up the one flight to where apartment is.A representative comes to greet you at wherever you are docking and brings you right to where the apartment is and shows you everything. She even allowed us into the apartment a couple of hours early so we could leave luggage and do some sightseeing.The apartment itself if FANTASTIC! Just like the photos. Everything is modern and brand new and beautifully decorated. So great to have a living room and a kitchen to use. We didn't use but there is a clothes washer (in the kitchen) if you need to use.Two clean modern bathrooms to use. Water pressure and water temperature were great. King-sized beds and pillows were very comfortable. We visited in mid-October and everything was very easy and comfortable.Highest recommendation! Definitely would stay here again.

We highly recommend this apartment as it made our stay with our two daughters very pleasant and memorable. It is located in a quite courtyard and has very good daylight. You feel like your living in a non-tourist neighborhood that offers easy access to the boats, museums and shops. Everything is quicker to get to than what the maps show. The host is very good with communications and met us at the nearby boat dock to make our arrival as simple as good be. We received a very detailed overview of the apartment entry/security and the functions of the kitchen - very helpful. A wonderful place to stay.
