Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family and I absolutely love Tahoe—and this home makes every visit even more special! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, with everything from pots and pans in all sizes to spices and cooking oil. I genuinely enjoy preparing meals there, then relaxing or BBQing on the spacious deck while watching the kids play basketball in the summer or build snowmen in the winter.
There’s so much to do in the area! In the summer, one of my favorite activities is paddle boarding at Donner Lake—just a 5-minute drive away. And in the winter, we love skiing at Palisades or simply snowshoeing and sledding right in the backyard! We'll be back soon, thank you!

This house has great size and space for multiple families of all ages. The driveway and fenced in backyard were great for a single dog and multiple children playing safely. Great quiet street within 5-10 minutes of everything. Great sized kitchen and dining area for large family.
