Imagine a villa where contemporary art meets the Mediterranean. Welcome to the Artist's Villa, a private 1,600 m² green retreat nestled in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Saint-Tropez, just 3 minutes walk from the beach.
The villa spans 220 m² of fully air-conditioned living space across several split-levels, with complete privacy and no overlooking neighbors, accessible via a private driveway with several parking spaces.
At the heart of the garden, the heated pool (11 x 5.5 m) stretches across a sun-drenched wooden terrace. The outdoor lounge, bar, fully equipped summer kitchen and covered dining area for 12 guests create a generous outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the Tropezian sun.
Inside, original artworks, a grand piano and large bay windows opening onto the garden create a unique atmosphere of luxury and authenticity.
Each bedroom has been designed as a private suite. The master suite features a freestanding bathtub, Italian shower and private toilet. The four other bedrooms each have their own Italian shower, with an additional WC in the hallway. The independent annex bedroom in the garden has its own shower and private toilet, ideal for added privacy.
The villa offers air conditioning throughout, summer kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and outdoor bar, BBQ, large TV, WiFi, washing machine and dryer. Bed linen and towels provided. End of stay cleaning included.
Fully secured villa : electric gate, alarm system and private gated residence. The village of Saint-Tropez, its restaurants and boutiques are accessible within 12 minutes walk.

Enjoyed the beautiful home, art and location

Geoff was easy to work with. However the refrigerator in the house did not work, a few rooms had a strong unpleasant odor, and the pool was not warm or clean. Overall the house could have been cleaner. Some guests had makeup on their sheets.
