Ad Maiora Baita Walser is located in Ronco, one of the oldest and most authentic Walser hamlets. Accessible only by a charming pedestrian mule track (4–5 minutes uphill walk from the car park), Ronco has remained car-free for centuries, preserving its unique character and serenity.
Fresh spring water flows from the fountain beside the chalet, just as it has since the 1300s. We recommend practical luggage, though a luggage delivery service is available on request.
