If you are looking for an amazing location for an unforgettable family trip, look no further. In the heart of Summit County, easy stroll to Main Street, with its charming shops and delicious restaurants, and Historic Park and Museum. Convenient access to six world class ski areas. Or hop on the free bus to Copper Mountain. Four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs. Open concept floor plan to gather downstairs. Awesome clubhouse with pool and hot tubs the whole family will love, only a few steps away. Close to the Lake and Marina.
The 2 level home is designed to bring people together on the large open main floor, while giving each guest privacy when needed. It is end unit condo with extra windows flooded by natural light. The main floor offers plenty of room for family and friends to rest and enjoy time together. Cook a delicious meal in the full kitchen and enjoy it at the dining table for 8 and counter seating for 4. Play a board game in the living room with comfy sectional, large TV for movie nights, and cozy gas fireplace. Or in the summer, unwind on the patio for a cozy evening under the stars.The patio is not fenced so moose frequently wander through by the creek in the mornings. A fox may want to join you for breakfast on the deck. Please do not feed him!
Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, so everyone can spread out and enjoy their privacy. As you walk upstairs, the main bedroom is on the left. It’s furnished with comfortable king size bed, live channel TV and an armchair if you need a quiet moment to read a book. You will find her and his sink in the bathroom, and the steam shower is awesome after a long hike.
On the left is the other king bedroom. Bright and airy corner suite with extra windows and a huge balcony, which gets lovely afternoon sun to bask in, as well as evening sun for al fresco drinks. There is a sitting area with pull out sofa and TV in the suite, and a desk if you need some work done.
Down the hallway you will find 3rd bedroom with queen bed, also a corner one with extra windows, and 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds.
After a day full of adventure, take advantage of all amenities in the clubhouse. Relax pool side, enjoy indoor or outdoor hot tubs or sauna, play a game of pool or foosball, or pick up the pace in the little gym.
Explore nearby trails, hit the slopes, or simply relax in ultimate comfort. Memories to be made, magic awaits!

Daniel was a super host. Very communicative and responsive. His Lake Edge home was enormous and wonderful. We fully enjoyed our time there and would rent from him again!

Wonderful place to stay for a group of 10 with children ages 4 and under. Baby gate, and high chair was truly a plus. Communication with host outstanding, house book was helpful with rules and trails of Frisco. Rating 5 stars plus!!

Stayed with several friends for a college reunion type get together. This place was perfect for that. Rare to find a 4 bedroom place where each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Also easy walk to all the Frisco Main Street goings on is a big plus. Highly recommend.

We loved every minute of our stay in Frisco. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Lotion, shampoos and conditioner, spices, nice pots and pans. There was even a baby gate, high chair, and pack n play for littles. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out.cant wait to rebook.
